Mandarin Required | Full-Time | Auckland CBDWe are a busy, well-established restaurant in Auckland CBD seeking an experienced Front of House professional to join our team.Due to our predominantly Mandarin-speaking customer base, Mandarin language ability is essential for this role.This is suited to someone confident, service-driven, and comfortable managing busy shifts independently.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level customer service at front counter and dining area
• Manage POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin and English-speaking customers
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain professional presentation standards
• Support opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Mandarin speaking ability (required)
• Strong English communication skills
• Minimum 1–2 years hospitality experience
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Valid New Zealand work rights

Duty Manager Certificate preferred.
