Public Relations Officer

Job description and duties
Your main task is Ensures consistent communication across Amazon eBay, Etsy and other online
platform to supports brand positioning, and helps maintain strong seller performance metrics.Helps us communicate product updates, policy changes, promotions, and customer information clearly
and professionally across marketplace listings and brand pages.Covers monitoring seller feedback, product reviews, customer messages, and marketplace reputation
indicators to prevent negative impact on account health.Involves producing product descriptions, storefront content, brand stories, and promotional material
aligned with platform guidelines and customer expectations.Ensures clear and professional communication with overseas manufacturers, exporters, and agents to
maintain strong and trustworthy working relationships.Duties include drafting multilingual messages, product specifications, and clarifications from overseas
suppliers.Your role is to provides strategic guidance on dealing with overseas manufacturers, risk management,
and communication best practices. Use Multilingual skills overseas supplier to make informed decisions and
maintain a reliable supply of high-quality Eye glasses and Eye contact lens.Ensures that our overseas suppliers clearly understand product specifications for eye-reading glasses,
such as lens strengths, frame materials, packaging requirements, and compliance standards.Your responsibilities are set out in your job description although the use of your job title and job

Your normal places of work are a hybrid split between office address, warehouse and home working.
You will agree with Director on times spent physically in those places in advance and this may vary
dependant of business needs.You may be required to work on a temporary basis at any of our other premises or at any other place
designated by us within the UK and it is a condition of your employment that you comply with any such
