The Opportunity
Based in Adelaide, you will manage commercial property claims end-to-end, from first notification to settlement. You’ll balance on-site investigations with office-based claims management, working with policyholders, insurers, and service providers to deliver fair, timely outcomes aligned with regulatory and client standards.
Key Responsibilities - Manage claims across the full lifecycle
- Conduct site inspections and assess losses
- Review policies and determine coverage and liability
- Liaise with stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Produce clear reports and meet SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements
- Negotiate and settle claims within authority
About You- Experience in commercial claims or loss adjusting
- Strong knowledge of general insurance practices
- Clear communicator with solid report writing skills
- Analytical, organised, and confident managing priorities
- Customer-focused with a professional, empathetic approach
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Key Requirements- Relevant experience in loss adjusting or commercial claims
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Loss adjusting qualifications or relevant professional qualifications (preferred)
