Experienced & Intermediate Painters

**Join one of South Canterbury's Leading Painting Teams** Todd Mudie Group is growing, and we're looking for two painters to join our team: * An experienced painter with strong airless spraying experience. * An intermediate painter looking to build their skills alongside an experienced, supportive team. Working across residential homes, commercial projects and architectural finishes, you'll be part of a team that takes real pride in delivering exceptional workmanship. Built on Accountability, Honesty & Integrity, Innovation, Rise Up and Our People, we've created a culture where everyone works together, backs each other and takes pride in the finished result. **What You'll Be Doing** * Interior and exterior painting across residential, new builds and commercial projects. * Surface preparation including filling, sanding, masking and priming. * Brush and roller application to a high professional standard. * Airless spraying (essential for our experienced position). * Working alongside a skilled team while maintaining high standards of workmanship. * Delivering projects safely, efficiently and with attention to detail. **What We're Looking For** * Proven painting experience. * Strong preparation and finishing skills. * Confident using brush and roller application techniques. * Airless spraying experience is highly desirable and essential for our senior position. * Wallpapering experience is an advantage but not essential. * A positive attitude with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Pride in producing high-quality workmanship. * Excellent communication and professionalism. * Commitment to health and safety. * Full New Zealand driver's licence. * Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required. **What We Offer** * Competitive pay based on experience. * Full-time, permanent employment. * Strong forward workloads * A wide variety of quality residential and commercial projects. * Modern equipment and a well-supported team environment. * Opportunities for training and career development. * A company that genuinely values its people and recognises quality workmanship.
