Role OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager (Back of House) supports daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and operational standards are consistently maintained while leading the kitchen team during service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure food is prepared according to company recipes and quality standards
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
- Perform kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Monitor food temperature, labeling, and storage practices
- Lead and coordinate the BOH team during service
- Manage inventory receiving and storage
- Troubleshoot minor kitchen operational issues
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in BOH / kitchen operations in F&B
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and leadership skills
Working Arrangement- 6 days per week
- Up to 60 hours per week (subject to break time)

- 1-year service bond
