About You – Essential Criteria: • Verifiable, extensive (5+ years desirable) experience in the foodservice/HORECA sector specifically within southern Italy, focusing on artisanal/regional product distribution. • Profound, practical understanding of traditional Italian dairy products (e.g., mozzarella di bufala, ricotta di pecora, aged provola) and their nuanced supply chains from an Italian perspective. • Proven track record developing B2B food distribution channels within boutique and high-end Italian hospitality markets. • In-depth cultural and commercial literacy of Italian regional food supply models, particularly those unique to Campania, which differ significantly from Australian structures. • Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English, with the demonstrated ability to articulate complex market dynamics and translate them into actionable strategies for an Australian business context. Critical aspects of the role: • This role is essential for a short-term, strategic knowledge injection. • This is a project-specific engagement designed to transfer proprietary regional knowledge. • You will be directly contributing to an innovative, time-limited pilot project that will pave the way for future growth and employment opportunities for Australians within That's Amore Cheese.
