The Supply and Demand Planner will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust supply chain planning strategies in Asia Pacific to ensure optimal service level, adequate inventory levels and meet the high standards of our luxury beverage portfolio.
This regional role, based in Singapore, requires a strong understanding of the wholesale beverage landscape, customer expectations, market dynamics, supply lead times, and production constraints. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and able to partner effectively with both market teams and central stakeholders.
This role reports to the APAC Demand & Supply Planning Manager and is part of a team of seven regional demand and supply planners. The team operates within a dynamic environment where teams will be simultaneously managing day-to-day operational tasks and diligently working towards the successful implementation and stabilization of an integrated business planning tool. The individual in this position will be integral to ensuring both continuity in current operations and the secure, effective go-live of the new system.

V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) program is an initiative by Business France that enables young French and European citizens aged 18 to 28 to undertake a professional assignment abroad for a period of 6 to 24 months.
Throughout the assignment, participants are supported by the French Embassy and Business France, ensuring a secure and structured environment to gain valuable international work experience.

We are seeking a VIE candidate available to start on August 1st for the period of 12 months, with possibility of extention to 24 months.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Forecasting:
- Understand advanced forecasting techniques and statistical models to compute forecasts trends, improve forecast accuracy and reduce variances.
- Collaborate with our local supply chain counterparts to ensure adequate demand planning process is conducted and ensure key business trend evolutions are explained, understood and shared all along the chain (end-to-end)
- Standardize demand planning best practices and elevate planning maturity across markets
- Identify and spread good demand planning practices and contribute to process standardization and its elevation
- Support monthly demand reviews call and the planned PIPO within the markets
- Supply Planning:
- Translate demand forecasts into comprehensive supply plans, ensuring adequate stock levels to support sales while minimizing excess inventory and waste.
- Identify and communicate supply alerts in a proactive manner
- Work closely with upper node supply planning functions (in France and abroad) to optimize production schedules when necessary
- Monitor inventory flows and execute rebalancing when required (deployment, transfers, allocation).
- Inventory Management:
- Establish and manage inventory policies, including safety stock levels, lead times, to optimize working capital and service levels.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, such as material shortages, production delays, or transportation disruptions.
- Analyze obsolescence and develop strategies to control ageing/expiry and obsolescence, drive sell-out, reallocation, or disposal plans.
- Performance Monitoring, improvement and analytics :
- Track, explain and communicate key supply chain metrics, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and lead times.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance for management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the supply chain.
- Qualify, understand and maintain data sources/tools to conduct analytics. Apply the results of the analysis into the real operational world.
- Support S&OE/S&OP with scenarios, gap analysis, and action follow-up.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as a central point of contact for supply chain-related inquiries and facilitate effective communication between departments. Aligning markets, Maisons, customer teams, logistics, and finance etc.
- Participate in S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings to align demand and supply plans with short and long term business objectives.
- Collaborate with new product development teams to ensure seamless launches and effective supply chain integration.
- Project support:
- Support IBP rollout: process design, UAT, data readiness, training, and go-live stabilization.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Prior experience at LVMH (apprentice, intern). 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management, preferably within the luxury goods or beverage industry.
- Education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Proven experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kynaxis,…)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Data visualization and Data build tools, Excel, PowerQuery, AI, etc and other business intelligence tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Experience with international supply chains and logistics.

Criteria for VIE Program:
- Over 18 and under 28 years old on the date you apply and register on the Mon VI website. The assignment must start no later than your 29th birthday (bearing in mind that a V.I.E contract always starts on the 1st of the month).
- Be French or a European citizen.
- Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n°).
- Have a clean criminal record.
- Be able to devote yourself full time to your assignment : no part-time work, entrepreneurship, studies or paid activity at the same time as your V.I.E.
- Accept the letter of appointment that you sign with Business France which sets out your rights and your duties during your assignment.
