Queensland Country Meats are a forward moving, dynamic company supplying high quality product and workmanship to Western Queensland and beyond. Our business is looking for 2 full time experienced retail Butchers who are able to work in a fast-paced team. We will consider overseas applicants eligible for an employer sponsored Visa. Specific requirements for the positions include: ·Sharpen and retain keen edge on knives ·Breaking down a body of beef and slicing various cuts of beef ·Debone and trim chickens to specification in a clean and quick manner ·Debone and trim to specification various pork cuts including Legs, Loin and Shoulder. ·Drivers licence ·A minimum of 3-Years industry experience is required ·Abide by company policies and procedures at all times including company dress standards The positions will suit well presented, fit energetic people with a positive attitude, who have a keen eye for attention to detail The meat industry holds endless opportunity for driven people with a desire to succeed and climb that industry ladder.
