Energy Advance, one of Australia’s leading energy-efficiency consultancies, is expanding into blower door and airtightness testing, and we’re looking for a Senior Airtightness Specialist to help establish our operations in Western Australia — and then guide our growth into other states. The Role We’re offering a hands-on leadership opportunity where you’ll: ∙Conduct residential blower door testing to the highest standards (ATTMA TSL1/TSL2 or equivalent) ∙Lead and mentor new assessors — training them in both technical skill and customer-focused service ∙Develop and refine testing systems, documentation, and quality assurance processes ∙Ensure ongoing ATTMA compliance and technical excellence ∙Represent Energy Advance with professionalism and integrity at client sites and industry events ∙Contribute to expanding our airtightness services beyond WA once our systems are established This role suits someone who thrives on teaching, leading, and connecting with people, not just running tests. About You We’re looking for a natural mentor with strong technical ability and a genuine love of working with people.
