Note: Only Local Candidates preferred Job Title: Instructional Designer (eLearning Specialist)Job ID: JP00015972Visa - USC,GC,GC-EAD,TN, H1BLocation: Pensacola, FL (hybrid 2 days/week)Rate / Salary: $20 on contract 1099Experience Level - 2-5 Years Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with strong expertise in creating eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly onboard ongoing projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver engaging learning solutions. While the project subject matter is legal, no prior legal experience is required. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage instructional design projects and initiatives.
  • Develop instructional courses tailored to learning objectives using eLearning tools (Articulate, Adobe Express, Camtasia).
  • Utilize a variety of instructional design techniques to define and sequence content.
  • Create curriculum by processing large volumes of information and collaborating with stakeholders for subject matter insights.
  • Manage and maintain LMS activities: upload content, set up training assignments, and generate custom reports.
  • Select, adapt, or establish appropriate instructional design models.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define learning objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and implement feedback for improvement.

  • Strong adaptability to fluctuating workflow and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely present information in written and visual formats.
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional theories, educational psychology, and modern design tools.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Experience in course content development, graphic design, and technology-driven learning products.
