OF A LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION WITH THE
EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ADMINISTRATION
- An H-1B nonimmigrant worker is being sought by Maxeon Americas Inc. through the filing
of a labor condition application with the Employment and Training Administration of the
US Department of Labor.
- One such worker is being sought.
- The worker is being sought for employment as Sr. Staff R&D Engineer.
- The wage of $152,387.82 per year is being offered to the worker.
- The period of employment for which this worker is sought is from August 1, 2025 to July
31, 2028.
- The employment will occur at the Maxeon Americas Inc. facility located at 51 Rio Robles,
San Jose, CA 95134 and remotely from the beneficiary’s home at 662 N Ahwanee
Terrace, Sunnyvale, CA 94085.
- The labor condition application is available for public inspection at the Maxeon Americas
Inc. facility located in San Jose, California.
- Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application
and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with
any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.

FILING HAS BEEN POSTED EITHER ELECTRONICALLY OR PHYSICALLY AND WAS, OR
