Tax Transformation & Technology
What does this team do? Our team within Tax Transformation & Technology help our clients through the complicated world of Tax. From making sure companies use emerging technologies better to helping them take new ideas to market, we keep them on top of rapidly changing tax requirements.
Our teams include:
Tax Technology Consulting: global clients turn to us when they need to better manage their tax risk and maximise efficiencies in meeting their tax obligations. We help with the technology to tackle data challenges and digital requirements, as well as managing transformation.
Indirect Tax – Transformation & Technology: We help businesses assess their tax and finance technology needs; implementing tax technology systems, data solutions and process improvements, to assist in meeting the challenges of tax compliance, in a rapidly changing global landscape.
Investment Management Reporting (IMR): We support clients with tax advice, information reporting and business change. We work with many financial institutions, particularly traditional fund groups, real asset funds, private equity houses, pension funds, sovereign wealth and wholesale banks.
Digital Innovation: We advance two complementary agendas for the Tax & Legal practice:
- Early Innovation - What should we be doing next? This is about us facilitating the digital strategy for the business by operating a process to incubate new concepts and validate business cases. We carry out research, thought leadership and build proofs-of-concept that will inform the next programmes for Scale & Run.
- Scale & Run - Delivering a successful portfolio of digital assets, change programmes and client engagements.
