This role can be based in our Brisbane , Hendra or Loganholme branch in SEQ We help clients find Permanent , full time trades people, roles include Technicians, Electricians, Mechanics, Fitters and other blue collar trades roles. (You will need to meet minimum visa sponsorship requirements) What We Look For: For this position we are looking for a consultative recruiter that thrives in a sales driven environment, enjoys networking and impacting our clients businesses through introducing them to top talent in their markets You would have 3 years in a Recruitment or s B2B (Business to business) sales environment servicing maintenance or facitilites industries. You would have strong Business accumen and the ability to present solutions and negotiate deals? You would have a proven track record in meeting sales targets You would have an understanding of the different trades people and their responsibilities? You can naturally build and maintain strong client partnerships? You are naturally Curious and do you get satisfaction from variety of learning/ You are motivated to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results? You can adapt to change and bring fresh perspectives to our team? You would have a valid drivers license & your own transport? Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks. Candidate Database Management: Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database. Client Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to clients. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs.
