As a listed company, we offer a stable yet fast-paced environment with significant resources to support global expansion. We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand and drive a consistent flow of high-quality leads. This role is about more than just running ads—it’s about building a premium brand identity and a loyal community.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Competitive Intelligence
  • Brand Building: Move beyond simple advertising to establish and maintain Classover’s premium brand image and market positioning.
  • Content Strategy: Responsible for all marketing content, ensuring it aligns with our high-end educational standards.
  • Advanced Research: Demonstrate strong research capabilities by analyzing competitors’ funnels, ad creatives, and messaging.

2. Full-Stack Digital Marketing
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Execute and optimize paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Xiaohongshu (Red).
  • Email Marketing Automation: Design and execute automated email workflows and newsletters to nurture prospective families.
  • AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, CapCut AI) for rapid content generation, including copywriting, image creation, and video editing.
  • Quality Accountability: While using AI is encouraged to increase efficiency, you are solely responsible for the final output, ensuring it remains professional, brand-aligned, and human-refined.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous testing on ad creatives and landing pages to maximize ROI.

3. High-End Content & Asset Creation
  • Collateral Design: Produce stunning marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Video Production: Coordinate the production of classroom highlights and parent testimonials to showcase our program's value.
  • Web Management: Ensure the website content is consistently updated, SEO-friendly, and optimized for lead capture.

4. Community & Partnership Outreach
  • Local Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with local schools, libraries, and community centers.
  • Event Execution: Plan and promote online/offline events, such as Open Houses, webinars, and live demo workshops.
  • Social & Community Mastery: Own our presence on WeChat and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), building an engaged and loyal online community.

5. Analytics & Growth
  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI) and report directly to leadership.
  • Referral Programs: Design and manage a referral system to incentivize word-of-mouth growth among current families.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years in marketing, preferably within the EdTech or premium enrichment industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads and CRM tools. Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and AI content generation tools.
  • Growth Mindset: A data-driven approach to marketing with a passion for continuous optimization.

Benefits
  • Growth Opportunities: Professional development within a fast-growing, publicly listed EdTech firm.
  • Visa Support: We provide sponsorship opportunities for qualified candidates (CPT, OPT, H-1B, and Green Card).
  • Pay: $48,000.00 per year
