- 协助招聘、员工入职及员工关系管理
- 维护人事档案、考勤记录及各类公司文件
- 统筹会议安排、日程协调及内部沟通工作
- 协助管理层处理办公室运营及团队协调相关事务
任职要求- 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业优先
- 1–3年行政或人力资源相关工作经验
- 具备中英文沟通能力(中文和英文均为必需)
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力和组织管理能力
- 工作认真细致,责任心强,积极主动
- 能够适应快节奏的工作环境
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件及基本办公系统

Job Responsibilities- Manage daily office and administrative operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee management
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and company documents
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication
- Support management with office operations and team coordination
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant administrative or HR experience
- Must be able to speak Chinese and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office systems
