• Patient Assessment and Treatment: Assess patient needs, develop comprehensive recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to address the full scope of a patient's needs.
• Personalized Care: Design and implement programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities, adapting to the unique needs of each patient.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with peers and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the comprehensive care they need to thrive.
• Patient and Caregiver Education: Instruct patients and caregivers on essential skills to promote independence and productivity long after therapy concludes.
• Documentation and Communication: Maintain clear and accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with all relevant parties.

Requirements

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or an equivalent degree and experience as follows:
• Master's degree in a Physical Therapy-related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible physical therapy experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
