Duties- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance store performance.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain a welcoming and organised environment for both customers and employees.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and best practices in retail management.
Skills- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Strong administrative skills to manage paperwork and reports efficiently.
- Proven experience in retail management or sales management is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills to maintain a structured work environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers alike.
- Proficient in selling techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
- Experience in supervising staff, fostering a positive team culture while achieving business objectives.
- Ability to speak multiple language .
