Team Leader

Orchard Crew Limited is seeking motivated individuals as Team Leader to join our horticulture team in Gisborne. We are a New Zealand horticultural services company providing skilled labour, orchard support services, and management solutions in Gisborne.The company works with growers to deliver seasonal and year-round orchard operations, including pruning, thinning, canopy management, harvesting, and general orchard maintenance.When applying please ensure you clearly state your current NZ work rights in the cover letter.Minimum Qualification Requirement- Level 4- Trade Certificate or Diploma is required.- OR at least two years of relevant experience is required.Job Duties

• Supervise, train, and support orchard staff.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure work meets orchard standards.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed in orchards.
• Monitor crop condition and report any issues to management.
• Record attendance, hours worked, and work completed.
• Coordinate orchard activities and quality requirements.
• Assist with general orchard maintenance and operational activities.

Pay: $28.00 – $34.00 per hourBenefits:
