Experienced Lobby Host greets guests, provides information and assistance, manages visitor flow, and ensures the lobby remains clean, organized, and professional. They act as the first point of contact and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and clients.
- Provide directions and answer questions about the facility or services.
- Monitor lobby activities and maintain a safe, orderly environment.
- Coordinate with reception, security, and other departments.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Manage waiting areas and visitor queues.
- Ensure the lobby is clean, presentable, and well-stocked.
- Assist with reservations, appointments, or visitor registration if required.
- Maintain accurate visitor records and follow company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Pay: $4,800.00 – $6,500.00 per monthBenefits:
