PACU Nurse

This is a high-performing recovery team working across a wide range of surgical specialties including Orthopedics, General, Plastics, Vascular, Gynecology, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT and Endoscopy

The Role

• Care for patients through their recovery from anaesthesia
• Monitor vital signs and spot complications early
• Adjust care plans based on how patients respond to interventions
• Work closely with the surgical team to ensure every handover is seamless

What You'll Need

• Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate
• Current NZ Nursing Council registration
• At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute hospital setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to patient-centered care
