Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Maintain EMR documentation
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications- Licensed (or eligible) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- CCFP (preferred)
- CMPA coverage (or eligibility)
