Toowoomba, they are expanding their multidisciplinary team and are seeking an
Occupational Therapist at Consultant or Senior Consultant levels.

The Opportunity Based in
Toowoomba, you’ll join a close-knit team that is continuing to grow, with a target of building a five-person local team as part of a broader strategic expansion. You will manage a diverse and meaningful caseload across:
- Work Cover
- DVA
- Employer and early intervention services
Your work will span
physical, psychosocial and workplace-based rehabilitation, supporting individuals through complex, real-life challenges and helping them return to work safely, confidently and sustainably. You’ll work closely with injured workers, employers, insurers, medical practitioners and internal team members to ensure rehabilitation plans are practical, person-centred and aligned with best practice.
KPIs & Workload - Intermediate OT: ~4.5 billable hours/day
- Senior OT: 5.5–6.15 billable hours/day
The Job - Functional, workplace and activities of daily living assessments
- Ergonomic assessments and injury prevention education
- Identifying and problem-solving barriers to return to work
- Development and facilitation of tailored return-to-work plans
- End-to-end occupational rehabilitation case management
- Early intervention and pre-claims work
- Mental health programs, onsite workshops and leadership sessions
- Clear, timely reporting and regular stakeholder communication
This role combines clinical expertise, community engagement, professional service delivery and administrative responsibility, with strong systems and templates already in place.
Who We’re Looking For We’re open to

- Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience, though less experience will be considered with the right attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confidence coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Curiosity, creativity and willingness to learn
- High integrity and professionalism
- A warm, empathetic and person-centred approach
- A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in people
