Duties- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Train new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market presence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and high morale.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review.
Experience- Proven experience in a sales role, with at least two years in a supervisory or leadership position preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to analyse sales data and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
