  • Command and optimize advanced direct sensing and in-situ remediation systems (MIP, UVOST/LIF, HPT, CPT/CPTu, DMT, Vane Shear)—from operation and troubleshooting to keeping everything battle-ready.
  • Drive project success with hands-on fieldwork, precision data capture, sharp reporting, and seamless equipment deployment.
  • Craft winning tender submissions, detailed methodologies, safety protocols, and training resources that set the standard.
  • Guide clients through project scoping, data analysis, and strategic tech talks to unlock breakthroughs.
  • Champion our sensing and injection tech on the front lines—through high-impact webinars, conference spots, trade show demos, and targeted marketing that turns heads.
  • Perform and direct fieldwork activities, including site investigations, data collection, and any necessary laboratory testing of soils, construction materials, or related samples.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret field and laboratory data; carry out required computations; and prepare clear, detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders at the completion of each job, ensuring all fieldwork is completed to a high standard
  • Shape the big picture with project planning, pricing, scheduling, and resource orchestration.
  • Mentor emerging talent, train new operators, and enforce top-tier equipment maintenance to manufacturer specs.
  • Implement rigorous QA/QC and maintenance procedures across all systems, positioning yourself as the expert in fault diagnosis and rapid repairs.
