π± Support influencers and content creators with subscription, account, and technical inquiries
π Perform outbound calls to clarify information and ensure customer satisfaction
π οΈ Offer guidance on platform tools and marketing features
π§ Identify trends and provide proactive solutions for recurring client challenges
β What You Bring:
πΉπ· Native/fluent Turkish (C1) + strong English skills (B2)
β±οΈ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
π Willingness to work night shifts
π High attention to detail and accuracy
π‘ Problem-solving mindset with minimal supervision
