We're hiring a Senior Growth Marketer to lead our growth team and own the full acquisition funnel. This is a management role, you'll lead a team and take ownership of core KPI's.
We're looking for someone who has done the work hands-on in performance marketing and has since grown into leading the people who execute it.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary growth team
- Own the full customer acquisition cycle
- Set the growth strategy and turn it into clear priorities for the team
- Drive a fast-paced AI first testing culture
- Own the departmental KPI's
- Coach and develop the team, raising the standard across every discipline
- Partner with the data team on measurement, attribution, and reporting
- Report performance to leadership with clear commercial context
What we're looking for
- Proven track record leading a growth or performance marketing team at a high-growth DTC brand (beauty, wellness, or consumer goods preferred)
- Strong hands-on performance marketing background before moving into leadership
- Deep understanding of DTC funnels: how they work, where they break, and how to optimise them end to end
- Experience managing across disciplines and getting media, creative, and copy to work as one
- Strong analytical skills and a rigorous, data-driven approach to experimentation
- A track record of developing people and raising team performance
- Good grasp of DTC unit economics and how acquisition interacts with margin and LTV
