About the job Team Lead Regional CRM Manager

Our client is a leading digital services provider in the iGaming industry. Their CRM team plays a critical role in driving player retention, engagement, and long-term success across multiple brands and markets. As they expand, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead Regional CRM Manager to drive customer engagement and retention strategies across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM initiatives that boost subscriber loyalty, increase lifetime value, and deliver personalized media experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the regional CRM team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies tailored to regional audiences to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Oversee segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other CRM channels.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics) to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and customer insights to continuously optimize CRM programs and recommend improvements.
  • Manage CRM technology platforms and work with IT/vendors to ensure smooth system operations and data integrity.
  • Stay updated with CRM best practices, tools, and trends within the media industry and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on CRM KPIs, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in all CRM activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM management, ideally at least 2 of them in iGaming but fast moving industries within media, digital marketing or related would be good as well.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, etc.) and data analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance requirements.
