What You'll Be Doing Coaching and mentoring a team of sales reps to meet individual and team sales targets Supporting account managers and sales support teams in understanding their challenges and finding a path forward—through guidance, feedback, and regular check-ins Leading performance conversations rooted in clarity and care—celebrating wins and addressing issues early Reviewing metrics, customer interactions, and documentation to spot patterns and support improvement Working through problems and coaching on how to reduce repeat issues Helping the team stay organized, focused, and aligned with expectations—without micromanaging Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth experience for our customers Bringing energy, focus, and purpose into the day-to-day of your team About You You’re not here to be the star of the show. The total compensation package for this role—which includes base salary and a performance-based incentive—starts in the range of $65,000 CAD to $76,000 CAD, with significant potential for growth.
