Full-Time Chef to join our team in Waurn Ponds. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who is passionate about Thai cuisine, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and is committed to delivering consistently high-quality dishes.Role OverviewAs a Chef at BKK Boy, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional food standards while contributing to a professional, efficient, and collaborative kitchen environment. You will play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.Key Responsibilities· Prepare and present dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards· Demonstrate strong knowledge of fresh produce, Thai cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment· Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements· Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail· Contribute positively to a high-performance kitchen cultureRequirements· Minimum
2–3 years’ experience as a Chef or Cook· Relevant culinary qualifications· Passion for Thai cuisine· Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment· Strong communication skills in English· Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented· Must have valid Australian work rights (visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates)Position Details·
