We currently have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Property sales team in Auckland. As an Inside Sales Account Manager you'll be building and nurturing relationships with our Property Manager clients focused on the Rentals market through phone and email communication, focusing on retention and product adoption for an allocated portfolio of customers. **Here is what you can expect from this role:** * As a desk-based Account Manager you'll build and nurture relationships across your portfolio of clients by phone, video call and email * Explore the needs of your clients and their individual businesses and seek out where you can deliver further value to best help them achieve results * Become a Real Estate Industry expert, leveraging Trade Me Property data to provide next-level market intelligence to your clients * Look for opportunities to partner with your accounts and increase their depth adoption * Contribute to a winning team by bringing your unique streak of brilliance to internal meetings, workshops and daily conversation **What you will bring to our team:** * A background in outbound/inbound sales or similar * An understanding of the rentals or real estate industry * Ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone/video conference calls * A great attitude - you'll have tonnes of patience and positive vibes for our customers * The ability to prioritise and self-start in a fast paced environment * You're a team player who shares ideas, and contributes to team goals and objectives * We are looking for a relationship builder with a strong sense of responsibility to drive revenue and client growth within your portfolio **You'll have the best time working at Trade Me, and this is why:** **#Flexibility:** Flexibility means different things to different people and we support you to find what works, including a home office set up and utilities allowance.
