We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Marketing & Commercial Manager to lead business growth initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and develop strategic commercial opportunities.Role OverviewThe Marketing & Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving commercial growth, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to support the company’s expansion plans and profitability targets.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, website, and online advertising platforms.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Manage content creation including brochures, presentations, social media content, and marketing materials.

  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

Commercial Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within retail, wholesale, and food service sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements to maximise profitability.

  • Support sales growth by working closely with operations and sales teams.

  • Analyse sales performance and recommend strategies to improve revenue and margins.

  • Assist senior management with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Person SpecificationEssential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and commercial strategy.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Desirable
  • Experience within the food, FMCG, or hospitality industry.

  • Knowledge of wholesale and retail food distribution markets.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and campaign ROI.

  • Ability to speak Urdu preferred.
