Operations Assistant

Position Name Warehouse Operations Assistant Bilingual: Chinese & English / Spanish & English Requirements Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products
• Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines condition, and completes paperwork
• Arranges for pick-up of shipments, contacts delivery drivers, and coordinates schedules
• Communicates effectively with the other departments in the company
• Responds quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolves problems, and communicates service issues to supervisor
• Encourages safe work practices in others
• Arranges daily cycle count and follows variance
• Weekly report updates
• Other duties as assigned to the position

Candidate Qualifications

• Internship or experience in warehouse, operations, or logistics preferred; logistics academic background is a plus.
• Must hold legal work authorization and be available to start promptly.
• Must be able to perform moderate physical tasks, including assisting with parcel handling.

Wages and Benefits

• $18–$22 USD/hour (Non-exempt position)
