For the Finance & Control department of the Animal Sciences Group (ASG), we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and accurate Project Administrator to join the Finance & Control team of Wageningen Livestock Research in Wageningen (7 team members). In this exciting role, you will:
- Perform financial and administrative tasks, including invoicing and providing support to Project Controllers;
- Be responsible for accurate and timely invoicing, mailbox management, intercompany (IC) bookings, and processing project milestones in Unit4 Business World;
- Ensure the correct use of general ledger accounts and VAT regulations;
- Work independently with a high level of responsibility;
- Collaborate closely with colleagues within the Finance & Control team;
- Work in Wageningen, with the option to work partly from home.
Your qualities You will be a great addition to our team if you:
- Have completed an MBO+ level education, preferably in a field relevant to the position;
- Have experience in financial and/or project administration;
- Are customer- and service-oriented;
- Work accurately, with a strong focus on quality and results;
- Have a good command of the Dutch language;
- Possess a proactive and flexible attitude;
- Are a team player.

Additionally, for this role a contract for 32 hours can be discussed. As for your contract, we initially offer a one-year contract that can be extended - if possible within (company) organizational circumstances - on good performance.
