This role is key to ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate stock management, and effective coordination across departments.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.

• Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain customer, sales, and stock management records.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock reporting.

• Prepare sales reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email professionally.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or similar role.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in stock management and record keeping.

• Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
