About UsClassover is a high-end EdTech company with a brand-new learning center in Flushing. We have warm leads, a proven curriculum, and a world-class facility. We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team and turn leads into enrollments. Key Responsibilities
Relentlessly follow up with warm leads provided by our marketing team via phone, messaging platforms (including WeChat), and in-person consultations.
Meet with prospective families, listen to their needs, and present our programs as the undeniable solution.
Overcome objections (like "it's too expensive" or "I need to think about it") and get a decision on the spot.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
Actively generate your own leads through customer referral, local partnerships and community outreach.
Maintain daily updates in the sales CRM to track lead progression, optimize the conversion funnel, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Support daily center operations to ensure a smooth and professional environment
Work Schedule
5 days per week, totaling 40 hours
Two full weekend days are required (for example, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Weekday hours (Monday–Friday) are generally 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Two days off will be scheduled on weekdays
This schedule is designed to align with peak family availability.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, education consulting, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Familiarity with the local Flushing community is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $40,000 / year
Commission & Bonus: Performance bonuses tied to monthly center profit and enrollment targets.
High performers will have the opportunity to advance into a partnership role
Partnership-level contributors will be eligible for year-end net profit sharing
