Angkor Wat Kiwi Bakery and Café Havelock North is an award-winning café and bakery owned through the company B&B Chheur Ltd. It is located at 33 Havelock Rd, Havelock North. We have two vacancies for experienced bakers to join our team. Hours & Remuneration Successful applicants will be paid between $30.00 - $37.00 per hour depending on skills & experience. We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours work each week and the maximum anybody is required to work is 50 hours in a week. Early morning starts are required (2.30-5.30am) as is weekend work. We operate 7 days a week. Duties The primary responsibilities for this position are those stated below: To prepare an assortment of pies (including fillings), quiches, slices, cakes and donuts etc. To assist in preparation of hot meals if required. To maintain safety standards To maintain hygiene standards. Ensure stock rotation. Keep production records. Assist in ordering stock. Train assistant bakers if required. Candidate Requirements To be considered for the role applicants should have at least 2 years of baking experience within a bakery, café, patisserie or supermarket setting.
