- Shaping design direction and project narratives
- Translating briefs into clear, resolved spatial ideas
- Guiding the team to produce thoughtful, consistent work
- Overseeing design development and documentation
- Bringing together materials, FF&E, and lighting into a cohesive whole
- Working closely with consultants and clients to resolve complexity
- Holding the design intent through all stages of delivery
About You
- 8+ years working in hospitality or high-end residential design
- Strong concept thinking, with the ability to carry ideas through
- Confident leading projects and guiding others
- A clear eye for space, proportion, and material
- Calm, considered, and detail-focused
- Able to balance design ambition with real-world constraints
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp
- Australian work authorisation required or visa sponsorship eligibility accepted
- Tertiary qualification in a design-related discipline required
