Job Description:
Vista Group International is a New Zealand-based software company that provides cinema management, analytics, and film distribution technology solutions to the global movie exhibition industry.The Platform Support Specialist role at Vista Group International is a technical operations and cloud support position focused on supporting Vista's global SaaS and cloud platforms used by cinema businesses worldwide. Main responsibilitiesMonitor cloud platforms and proactively identify incidents.Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Cloud, SaaS, and managed-service customers.Work with Azure, SQL Server, monitoring tools, logs, and platform infrastructure.Collaborate with global engineering and support teams.Perform platform configuration, access management, and escalated support tasks.Create support documentation and operational playbooks.Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours/weekend support. Skills and experience requiredAround 3+ years in IT support, platform support, cloud operations, or similar roles.Experience with:Microsoft AzureSaaS platformsSQL Server and SQL queriesNetworking fundamentalsMonitoring and incident-management toolsAbility to read application code and analyze error logs.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.IT-related degree or equivalent experience is preferred.Pay: From $9,167.00 per monthBenefits:
