Rollforming Machine Operator – ManufacturingLocation: Grass Valley, WAWe are a growing WA-based manufacturer supplying the commercial construction industry. As production ramps up, we are expanding our rollforming operations and looking for reliable machine operators to join our team.This role is critical to our future production growth as we move toward extended and multi-shift operations.What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and monitoring rollforming machinery
• Maintaining consistent output and product quality
• Assisting with machine setup and adjustments
• Identifying issues early and minimising downtime
• Working safely and efficiently as part of the production team

What we’re looking for:

• Mechanical aptitude and practical thinking
• Reliability and consistency
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

This role is NOT for someone who:

• Avoids hands-on work
• Wants FIFO-style pay expectations
• Needs constant supervision
