Practice Overview Join a community-focused healthcare system serving the scenic "Evergreen Coast." Our regional facilities, including Public Hospital Districts and Critical Access Hospitals, offer Family Medicine Physicians high clinical autonomy and the opportunity for a true full-spectrum scope of practice. You will lead a collaborative care team supported by Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), behavioral health specialists, and clinical pharmacists within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model.
Clinical Responsibilities- Outpatient Care: Manage a diverse patient panel with an average of 18 encounters per day.
- Comprehensive Scope: Deliver care across the lifespan, including chronic disease management, pediatric wellness, and women’s health exams.
- Procedures: Perform office-based procedures such as skin biopsies, joint injections, cryotherapy, and I&Ds based on comfort and preference.
- Continuity of Care: Manage acute conditions with optional opportunities for inpatient rounding, hospitalist duties, or obstetrics (OB) based on site needs and interest.
- Academic Mentorship: Opportunity to serve as clinical faculty or mentors for residents and medical students through regional rural training partnerships.
Compensation & Financial Incentives- Guaranteed Base Salary: $250,000 – $350,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Incentives: Tiered wRVU productivity bonuses and quality metric incentives.
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 – $75,000 with a multi-year retention agreement.
- Loan Repayment:
- Washington Health Corps (SHP): Eligible for up to $75,000 for a three-year commitment.
- NHSC Loan Repayment: Up to $75,000 (tax-free) for qualifying high-need sites.
- PSLF Eligible: Most coastal employers are 501(c)(3) non-profits or public entities.

Requirements- MD or DO degree from an ACGME-accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility (BC/BE).
- Unrestricted Washington State medical license (or eligibility).
