Montessori Primary Teacher

As the 6–9 Class Director, you’ll guide the 6-9 class through the Montessori primary curriculum. Working collaboratively with experienced colleagues, you’ll create a rich, inspiring learning environment that nurtures intellectual curiosity, independence, and respect. Being a a qualified Montessori Educator you bring warmth, curiosity, and professionalism to everything you do. You believe in the potential of every child and see teaching as a calling, not just a job. About the Role

• Planning and implementing a high-quality, fully aligned Montessori / NESA program
• Creating and maintaining an engaging prepared environment
• Building strong relationships with children and families
• Participating in professional collaboration and ongoing reflection within our supportive team
• Actively contributing to the life of our school through parent education and community events

About You

• AMI or equivalent Montessori 6–12 diploma
• Teaching qualifications recognized in Australia (or eligibility to obtain them)
• A commitment to Montessori principles and continuous professional growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
