BD and Marketing Director

GOEN Entertainment is seeking a BD and Marketing Director to lead our business expansion across Asia-Pacific. This is a pivotal role for a dynamic professional to establish and grow three core business lines.Key Responsibilities:1. Japanese STEM Cell Clinic Representation & Sales - Sales of STEM cell therapy solutions to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) - Marketing strategy development for Asia-Pacific markets - Partnership development and account management2. Matcha Import & Trading Business - Develop marketing strategy for Japanese premium matcha products - Identify and onboard distribution partners in Singapore and the region - Manage sales and supply chain operations3. Japan-Singapore Business Expansion Support - Provide market entry strategy for Japanese companies entering Singapore market - Identify local partnership opportunities - Support regulatory compliance and localization4. Overall Business Development - Drive revenue growth and KPI achievement - Identify new business opportunities - Manage key partnerships and accountsRequired:- Minimum 5+ years of business development and marketing experience- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably with High Net Worth Individuals- Track record of launching new businesses or business lines- Strong knowledge of Japan and Singapore markets- Fluent English (Business level) and Native Japanese speaker- Singapore work authorization (Employment Pass or equivalent)- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills- Strategic thinking and independent execution capabilityPreferred:- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or biotech sectors- Blockchain/Web3 business knowledge- Startup or new market entry experience- Understanding of Singapore business environment and regulations- Existing network in Japan-Singapore business circles
