Job Type: Full-time, PermanentALB Scaffolding is a well-established, reputable scaffolding contractor specialising in tube and fitting solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Manager to lead our operations and ensure delivery of projects to the highest standard of safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.About the Role:As Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of scaffolding projects, from planning through to completion. You will coordinate with clients, operational staff, and senior management to deliver scaffolding solutions that meet strict safety, quality, and compliance standards, including TG20:21 and NASC guidance.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage scaffolding projects across multiple UK sites.
• Conduct site visits.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, and internal teams.
• Lead and support Lead Scaffolders and site crews.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and labour allocation.
• Oversee material procurement and inventory control.
• Ensure health and safety compliance (SG4, TG20, NASC).
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Assist with scaffold inspections and handover certifications.

Person Specification:Essential:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project or site management (scaffolding/construction).
• Strong knowledge of TG20:21, SG4, and CDM 2015.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Driving licence.

Desirable:

• CISRS Scaffold Supervisor or Manager Card.
• Knowledge of NASC guidance and scaffold design principles.
• SSSTS and First Aid certification.
