Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strategic vision and strong execution capabilities to join Ever Dish. You will lead the marketing team to build brand influence and drive business growth.You will be a key figure connecting brand value with business conversion. Location: Dublin (Work visa sponsorship available) Position Type: Full-time | Mid-to-Senior Management Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape; develop company marketing strategies, annual promotion plans, and practical actionable strategies;
• Plan and execute various marketing activities (online + offline), including advertising, PR, content, social media, etc.;
• Focus on sales conversion as the core goal; collaborate with the sales team to design conversion paths, paying attention to customer acquisition cost and actual results;
• Lead and manage the marketing team, optimize processes, improve execution efficiency and creative output;
• Oversee brand visuals, official website, promotional materials, and ensure consistency;
• Enhance brand awareness and customer recognition, strengthen market influence;
• Produce market analysis reports, review marketing projects, and continuously optimize them.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Sales or related fields;
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year managing a marketing team;
• Experience leading a team to develop new markets is a plus;
• Strong communication, coordination, business understanding, and teamwork awareness;
• Result-oriented and self-driven, able to proactively push projects and take ownership of outcomes;
• Familiar with digital marketing tools, content planning, and mainstream social media platforms’ operation;
• Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, PPT) and design/communication tools (e.g., Canva or Figma);
• Fluent in both Chinese and English communication.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €40,000 – €70,000 per year + performance commission + year-end bonus
• Annual performance bonus, company stock option plan
• Work visa sponsorship available
