Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining a productive work environment and supporting the overall success of our projects.
Duties- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required for specific tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on-site.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory.
