Business Analyst

Freightways Group Limited is a New Zealand-based logistics and express package delivery company that provides courier, express freight, information management, and secure document storage services across New Zealand and Australia. Role OverviewThe Business Analyst works closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to identify business needs, improve processes, and support the delivery of technology and operational solutions. The role helps ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and translated into practical outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.Map and review current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.Develop functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Work with Product Owners and development teams to prioritize requirements.Support solution design by ensuring business needs are understood and addressed.Assist with testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT).Manage requirement traceability and documentation.Support change management and business readiness activities.Monitor project outcomes and help ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with business leaders, operational teams, and technology teams.Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Build consensus and manage stakeholder expectations. Skills and Experience RequiredExperience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or enterprise environment.Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.Ability to create process maps, workflows, and business documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams. Desirable QualificationsDegree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or a related discipline.Experience with enterprise systems, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives.Pay: From $9,167.00 per monthBenefits:
