Job type: Permanent full-time Location: Banbury, London, Cardiff, or Belfast – you will be contractually based in the office nearest to you with hybrid working. Hybrid working: You will be able to work from home and come into the office to collaborate with your team(s) when required. The role As our new Senior Partner Marketing Specialist, you will join WRAP’s Marketing and Communications team, helping to drive forward transformational impact with businesses and citizens around the world. You will lead a marketing programme for WRAP’s new Circular Living Standards and be part of a team working with global brands, retailers and NGOs to transform the landscape for how we buy and use products. You will help deliver this in several ways:

• Leading creation and execution of audience focussed marketing plans, that achieve audience reach, drive interest, foster engagement. Activities that lead to enrolment in Circular Living Standards Certification scheme across the US, UK and EU.
• By working closely with WRAP’s strategic engagement teams and external partners to deliver business growth strategies.

Who are we looking for?

• Somebody who can demonstrate skills in the creation and execution of multi-channel B2B marketing programmes in collaboration with corporate partners and business development teams.
• A creative mind with ideas and enthusiasm for creating compelling, audience focussed communications across, owned, earned and paid channels.
• An understanding of, and an openness to, marketing in multiple countries.
• Somebody who can demonstrate skills in brand management, working closely with businesses and partners to ensure correct use of visual identity and brand messaging.
• Good communication and influencing skills to lead a marketing programme, working with colleagues at all levels of the business, including across communications teams to brief creative, digital and external relations to deliver on the marketing plan and business objectives.
