Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base. The Shop Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and fostering a positive team environment.We can provide work visa sponsorship.
Duties- Lead and supervise shop staff, ensuring high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer service excellence
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Organise staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, training needs, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop environment
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports for senior management
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement processes
- Maintain organised administrative records related to sales, staff rotas, and stock levels
Experience- Proven management experience within retail or similar environments, including supervising teams and managing operations
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and drive team performance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Demonstrable experience in sales management, merchandising, and organisational planning
- Prior experience in retail management or shop supervision is preferred
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as reporting, stock control systems, and scheduling software
- Ability to manage time effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in customer service roles with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
