The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with a proven track record in supervising teams and managing retail environments. This role requires excellent organisational abilities, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to optimise shop performance and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base. The Shop Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and fostering a positive team environment.We can provide work visa sponsorship. Duties
  • Lead and supervise shop staff, ensuring high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer service excellence
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
  • Organise staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, training needs, and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop environment
  • Analyse sales data and prepare reports for senior management
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement processes
  • Maintain organised administrative records related to sales, staff rotas, and stock levels

Experience
  • Proven management experience within retail or similar environments, including supervising teams and managing operations
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and drive team performance
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Demonstrable experience in sales management, merchandising, and organisational planning
  • Prior experience in retail management or shop supervision is preferred
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as reporting, stock control systems, and scheduling software
  • Ability to manage time effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service roles with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
