Bespoke Luxury Jewellery Sales Advisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be key in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Developing an in-depth knowledge of the products, the bespoke process, our brand and convey this with enthusiasm to customers.
• Meeting customers for face-to-face consultations at our London, Hatton Garden showroom
• Responding to customers via e-mail, phone, LiveChat to ascertain and advise on their requirements.
• Assisting customers through our bespoke design service
• Preparing and sending quotations for bespoke engagement rings, wedding rings and jewellery.
• Helping with the selection of diamonds and gemstones to fulfill client orders
• Communicating with our CAD designer about specific customer requests for their bespoke order
• Following up with customers after their purchase for after-care issues and to request reviews
• Maintaining excellent presentation of the jewellery and showroom experience.

Skills

• Has 2 years or more of bespoke engagement ring and jewellery sales experience
• Need a person with Social Media Marketing knowledge
• Enjoys communication and human interaction
• Has passion for sales
• Has a passion for jewellery and gemstones
• Preferably has some Gemological qualification (though not required)
• Has an ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients and our team members
• Is commitment to driving client loyalty through great customer service
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has strong administration skills with good attention to detail and accuracy
• Is capable of multi-tasking with ability to prioritise workload according to business needs
• Has the ability to think on your feet work under pressure and to deadlines
• Is tech savvy
• Able to work as part of a team but also to work under own initiative
• Is well presented and dressed
• in basic maths for handling transactions and calculations accurately.
