Competitive Compensation | Separate Private Home | Vehicle Provided | Utilities IncludedPrivate Staff Group is conducting an exclusive search for an experienced Estate Couple to oversee the care of a beautiful oceanfront private estate in Nassau, Bahamas.This is an outstanding long-term opportunity for a couple seeking stability, an exceptional quality of life, and the chance to work for appreciative principals in one of the Caribbean's most desirable locations.The principals reside at the property approximately 50% of the year, enabling the successful couple to proactively maintain the residence and grounds while ensuring the estate remains impeccably maintained and guest-ready.A furnished private residence located near the estate, an employer-provided vehicle, and utilities are included.
Housekeeper

• Maintain the residence to impeccable five-star standards
• Laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and fine household organization
• Prepare guest accommodations and maintain household inventories
• Coordinate supplies and support occasional entertaining

Groundskeeper / Gardener

• Maintain tropical landscaping, gardens, lawns, and outdoor living spaces
• Care for irrigation systems, pool surroundings, walkways, and exterior furnishings
• Perform light property maintenance and handyman projects
• Coordinate outside landscape contractors as needed

The successful couple will possess:

• Previous experience working together in a private estate, luxury residence, boutique resort, or hospitality environment
• Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
• Integrity, discretion, humility, and professionalism
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's licenses
• Strong English communication skills
• Long-term employment mindset
